Haddontowne Swim Club is a family-friendly club conveniently located in the Haddontowne/Kresson Woods development near the border of Cherry Hill and Haddonfield in South Jersey. Since 1963, Haddontowne has welcomed new members from Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Voorhees, Marlton, Philadelphia, and other surrounding towns. The club’s entrance is a short drive from Route 295, making it easy for residents of nearly any South Jersey town to take advantage of all the club has to offer.

Children ages 6 to 18 can join our TigerSharks swim team, a member of the prestigious Tri-County Swimming Association. The team trains daily under the guidance of coach Jean Koelsch and competes in weekly dual meets, as well as the annual Cherry Bowl and Tri-County swimming championships. Many who are not yet ready for the full swim team join our “TigerSharks Training Squad.” Learn-to-swim lessons are also available for those just starting out.

Haddontowne’s members enjoy plenty of natural shade, propane grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs, a covered pavilion with ceiling fans, a snack bar, comfortable baby-changing facilities in the women’s lounge, and more. Unlike many other swim clubs, members are welcome to bring their own food and beverages.

It is not unusual to see families making a day of swimming and eating dinner at the Club, particularly on Sunday nights when families come together to eat, drink, and play into the evening.For those looking to do more than swim, the club also features a full basketball court, bocce court, volleyball court, open play field, and horseshoes. There are also three separate play areas with swings and play forts.

Haddontowne is best known for its social activities. Each year, the club hosts family-oriented events such as free family movie nights on our huge outdoor screen, family camp-outs, bonfires, Haddontowne Swim Club Idol talent shows, pasta nights, raft nights, Sunday Brunch, and other special events. Our July 4th extravaganza is always the highlight of the season capped off with the annual “Big Splash” competition for young and old.
While the focus is often on the entire family, the club also hosts adult social events for those 21 and over. Past adult socials have ranged from pig roasts, to dances, to toga parties.
Haddontowne is also the area’s most affordable swim club. Haddontowne currently does not require new members to purchase membership bonds or pay exorbitant application fees.There are no hidden membership costs beyond the annual membership dues.
